Content Management
Content Management Systems (CMS) offer a major advantage over usual websites. The site owner can update pre-identified areas of their website without need of web designers, thus there are no additional costs for changing site content and updates are instant. The owner has extensive control over content and when it becomes visible to the public.
All of our sites are built upon our specially developed CMS. We provide login details, a handbook and training where required to enable you to keep on top of your website when and where it suits you.
But I dont know HTML
To help you write content, our CMS comes with both HTML editors and a familiar Rich Text editor which contains all the tools you might find in office packages such as Microsoft Word. As you become more proficient with updating your site, you might want to switch to the more powerful HTML editor, or stick to what you know best - its entirely your choice.
For really technical stuff, we are just at the other end of a phone to talk you through it all the way, or show you where you are going wrong.
What if I make a booboo?
Don't panic. By default all websites run an automatic weekly backup system. The vast majority of mistakes can be rectified easily, but for a catastrophic error - you can simply restore your latest backup and try again. What else can I do with the CMS?
There are simply too many features and hidden treasures to list here, a few are summarised below.
Examples of CMS usage:
- Add, edit and delete your own products on an Ecommerce site

- Changes to site text and photos
- Unlimited online forms
